2 jars 505 green chili
1 family size package boneless skinless chicken thighs about 4 pounds
2 cans campbells cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp crushed garlic
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp. flour
combine all ingredients in large crock pot and cook for approximately 6 hours
shred chicken in crockpot
add flour water mixture to crockpot
let simmer 20 minutes more.

can easily be made into enchilada casserole by layering it in oven safe dish with corn tortillas.
