Recipe: 2 pkg Lipton Golden Saute Rice(chicken flavor) 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (in thin strips) 1 TBS olive oil 1 yellow onion, cut into wedges 1 medium bell pepper, cut into strips 1 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa In skillet, saute chicken in oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Add onion and pepper, cook 3 to 4 minutes. Reduce heat, add salsa and simmer 2 minutes. Serve over prepared Golden Saute Rice.
