2 pounds stew beef, cut into 1" pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can French onion soup
Mix both cans of soup in a bowl with a whisk until well blended. Place beef in crock pot and pour soup mixture over meat. Cover crock pot and heat on low for 8 hours, or until beef is tender. Serve beef and gravy over your choice of cooked egg noodles, rice, or pasta.
(Conventional oven method: prepare as above, but place in large oven-proof dish. Cover and cook approx. 3 hours, or until beef is tender.). |
