Easy Crockpot Rotisserie Chicken

Name: Heather Shanks
Base: Kaneohe Bay Hawaii
Recipe: 1 Frying Chicken (from your local Commissary)3-4 pounds Seasoned Salt Pam Olive Oil Spray **Wash chicken inside and out, spray with olive oil pam, sprinkle seasoned salt all over it heavily! Roll up balls of aluminum foil (I ended up with 6 balls-the size of small apples) and put in the bottom of a crockpot. Put chicken in crockpot on top of the foil-breast side up, rear end down. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours. The trick is to use the aluminum foil (that's what gives it the authentic rotisserie taste-and keeps it up out of the fat). Make sure to cook on high, if you try to cook for more hours, but lower temp. it makes the consistency of the chicken chewy. This is so much cheaper than store bought rotisserie chicken-and low in fat if you remove the skin. I can't even describe how good this was. I swear it tastes just like Rotisserie Chicken!
