Recipe: |
You will need:
1 package Turkey Keilbasa
1 boil in bag rice
Bag of frozen Veggies
Fresh Mushrooms
Soy Sauce
1. Brown Keilbasa in skillet until cooked through. Remove and dice on cutting board.
2. Add Veggies and sliced mushrooms to skillet. Sautee until cooked through and no longer frozen.
3. Boil rice as directed. (I use my Pampered CHef Micro Steamer and it is ready in 10 minutes in the mocrowave)
4. Add keilbasa into skillet with veggies, rice, mushrooms, and more soy sauce. Stir well until heated through.
5. Serve warm. Enjoy!
