Biscuit Casserole

Base: Yokota Air Base, Japan
Recipe: 1 lb. Ground beef 1 can corn, drained 1 can green beans, drained 1 pk. brown gravy mix 1 1/4 cups hot water Dash garlic salt or powder 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 can refrigerated biscuits Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Brown meat. DO NOT DRAIN! Add vegetables, gravy mix, water and garlic. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in mayonnaise. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Lightly flatten biscuits and place on top of mixture. Brush with additional mayonnaise. Bake for 15 minutes or until biscuits are golden. * This is my husband's favorite dish!! And it's so easy. Only 30 minutes to the table.
