This is always a hit at carry-ins and very easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 yellow cake, prepared (box makes two round cakes but you only use one for this recipe. You can eat the other one!)
1 small box vanilla instant pudding (prepared)
1 can strawberry or cherry pie filling (i prefer strawberry)
1 can crushed pineapple
2 bananas
1 small container Cool Whip
You cut the yellow cake in half. Then in a round bowl you place one half of each of the ingredients in the following order.
Cake - pudding - fruits - cool whip. Then repeat. That's it! Very easy and very tasty. Looks nice in a glass bowl too. |
