VEGETARIAN CHILLI

Recipe: INGREDIENTS 1/2 chopped onion 1 clove minced garlic 1/2 each green and red peppers (small chopped chunks) 6-10 mushrooms (chopped into quarters) 1-2 sliced zuchinni 1 can chopped tomatoes 1 can red kidney beans (washed and drained) 1 can vegetarian baked beans chilli powder lea and perrins worstershire sauce rice (the best is basmati) freshly grated mozarella tortilla chips (optional - morningstar vegetarian griller/burger style mince meat) 1. Sautee the onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms and zuchinni. 2. Add the vege mince meat if desired. 3. Add enough lea and perrins and chilli powder to suit your taste (if you prefer it hotter, add some hot sauce) 4. Add tomatoes, kidney beans and baked beans. 5. Simmer for 15-20 mins to allow flavor to develop. 6. Serve on a bed of basmati rice 7. Sprinkle on freshly grated mozarella cheese and a few broken tortilla chips. 8. ENJOY:)
