*3-4lb rolled roast
*5oz soy sauce
*5oz worchestershire sauce
*1 1/2 C. light brown sugar
** Combine all sauces with brown sugar and place roast in shallow dish. Pour marinade over meat and let stand over night in refridgerator. Bake @ 325 for rare or 45 minutes for well done per pound. |
