These really do taste like crab, a great way to utilize that bumber crop of zucchini!
2 1/2 C grated zucchini
1 egg, beaten
2 T butter, melted
1 C bread crumbs
1/4 C minced onion
1 t Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 C flour
Spray for frying
1.In large bowl,mix zucchini, egg, and butter or margarine. Stir in flour, seasoned crumbs, minced onion and seasoning. Mix well.
2.Shape into patties.
3.Fry in electric skillet (350*)until golden brown. |
