Broccoli Casserole

Base: Vandenberg AFB
Recipe: 24 oz. pkg. Frozen Broccoli, 3 T. Margarine, 2 T. Flour, 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, 2 Eggs, 1/2 Cup grated cheese, 1/2 Cup minced onion. Cook Broccoli and onion in water until barely tender. Drain. Melt margarine, stir in flour. Add beaten eggs, soup and cheese. Mix all together--put in baking dish and cook at 350 degrees about 1/2 hour. May be topped with seasoned beadcrumbs.
