2-3 boneless chicken breasts
1 can white beans undrained
1 can black beans undrained
1 can kidney beans
1 can rotel tomatoes, undrained
1 packet Ranch dressing mix
1 packet Taco seasoning
1 cup frozen corn or 1 small can of corn, drained
Slow Cooker:
Place frozen boneless chicken breasts in slow cooker. Top with beans, tomatoes, corn, Ranch mix, taco seasoning. Cook on low for 8-9 hours. Serve with Fritos, cheese and a dollop of sour cream. |
