Ingredients:
8 oz. package mini marshmallows
3 Tbs. unsalted butter
6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
1 oz. freeze-dried strawberries
1 packet sugar free Strawberry Crush Singles to go! drink mix
Garnish with icing, sprinkles, mini chocolate chips, etc. (optional)
Cooking spray
Large saucepan
9X13 baking pan
Spray 9X13 baking pan with cooking spray and put to side. Melt butter over low heat in large saucepan. Add marshmallows and constantly stir until just melted and smooth. Add dry drink mix to taste and color. Remove from heat. Stir in Rice Krispies and then freeze-dried strawberries until well coated. Spray large spatula with cooking spray and press mixture evenly into prepared baking pan. Cool completely before cutting into squares. Store in airtight container and keep at room temperature. Best to be eaten within 24 hours.
