8 oz. Pasta, tube or spiral
1 lb lean ground beef
10 slices bacon, cooked & diced
1 can condensed tomato soup (10 3/4 oz)
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Barbecue sauce, optional
Prepared mustard, optional
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain and add cooked bacon. Drain pasta, add to the skillet. Add soup, heat through. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted. Serve with barbecue sauce and mustard if desired. |
