1 pound of ground beef
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of red enchilada sauce.
1 can of evap milk
1 samll can of green chiles diced.
1 bag of white corn tortia chips
2 cups of graded chedder cheese ( or your faviorte yellow cheese)
mix soup enchilada sauce and milk together
stir in chiles.
Add cooked ground beef to mixture.
lay a layer of chips to a 9x13 baking dish
top with some soup mixture
add another layer of chips then the rest
of the soup mixture. top with cheese
bake for 20 minutes or intell the chesse is melted
