Recipe: |
1/4 cup fresh pineapple cut into small chunks
1 can (12 ounces each) unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
4 - 6 tea bags
2 - fresh mint leave (optional)
Directions
Boil 4-5 cups of water and drop teabags. Set aside and cool. When tea is warm, add sugar to taste. Add and mix pineapple juice, lemon juice in a pitcher.
Refrigerate for 2 hours,
Preparation:
Add pineapple chunks and mint leaves before serving.
