Bag of chicken drummettes or your choice.
marinate:
2 cups soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
5 calamansi or 1 lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce (optional)
2 bay leaves
mix all ingredients and taste. Make sure its not too salty. Add water if needed.
combine the chicken and marinate for 6 hours. Overnight will be better.
deep fry chicken and be careful with the splashing. cook crispy.
