Spaghetti Pizza
1 (16 oz) pkg. spaghetti, cooked
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
6-8 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
garlic powder
3 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. jars spaghetti sauce (1 Prego and 1 Ragu)
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 (8 oz) pkg. pepperoni
Cook and drain spaghetti. Mix beaten eggs, spaghetti, milk, 2-3 cups of cheese and garlic powder. Divide between 2 greased 9x13"pans and bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Cook meat, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, oregano and basil. Mix and pour over noodles. Top each casserole with half of the pepperoni. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
Makes - 2 casseroles (can be frozen and baked after being thawed)
