Potato, canned chili, cilantro, onions, chives, shredded cheese, butter, sour cream, salt and pepper.
1. chop Onion, chives and cilantro and set aside.
2. Heat any canned chili or any leftover chili.
3. Prefer Idaho potato but pick your favorite potato. Microwave potato for 5 minutes. When done, check with a toothpick and poke. You should be able to get the toothpick without too much pressure.
cut or break hot potato in half, add all your garnish and pour chili and shredded cheese on top... |
