1 Bacon Strip Cooked & Crumbled (prefer Jimmy Dean)
2 Eggs (prefer Eggland's Best)
1 Medium Mushroom sliced and sauteed in Bacon drippings
1 Tablespoon Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Prefer Cooper or Kraft)
Separate egg whites from eggs and mix them with only 1/2 of an egg yoke, adding a dash of water. Put in hot greased skillet (after bacon cooked and mushrooms sauteed) till sides are done, and flip over. Add shredded cheese, mushroom, and crumbled bacon. Fold in half, and remove to plate.
