1 deep dish pie crust
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup mayo
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups grated Swiss cheese
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced green peppers or mixed red, yellow, green
1/4 cup frozen chopped spinach (that the water has been squeezed out of)
Mix eggs, mayo, milk, flour together, I use a blender. Mix cheese, ham, onions, peppers, spinach together and then combine liquid mixture. Pour into a ready made deep dish pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes until knife comes out clean.
