INGREDIENTS
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup pine nuts, toasted
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 14.5 oz. cans Allens Italian Green Beans, drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 oz. crumbled feta
DIRECTIONS
Heat oil in a medium sauce pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Stir in tomatoes, pine nuts, green beans, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until beans are hot and tomatoes begin to shrivel down.
Remove from heat and top with feta. Serve immediately. |
