Ingredients:
1 lb. Round eye steak
2 small cans of mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
1 medium onion
1 can of golden cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. egg noodles
In a medium skillet, brown steak and onions (I prefer to add butter). Add mushrooms, sour cream and soup. Cover skillet and simmer. Prepare noodles. Spoon sauce and meat mix on top of noodles. Goes great with garlic bread and salad!
