1 pound ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 15 oz can of red kidney beans, rinsed & drained
1 28 oz can of pork & beans
1 15 oz can of butter beans, rinsed & drained
1/2 cup of ketchup
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of white vinegar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 sharp cheese
Brown beef and onion, drain, add all the beans.
In a bowl mix the ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and water. Pour over the beans and meat.
Add the shredded sharp cheese, mix all together.
Bake covered @ 350 for 1 1/2 hours, stirring gently after an hour.
