Serves 2 (easy to double) oven 450 degree
1/2 ring of smoked sausage, sliced one inch thick diagonally
2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and chunk into one inch pieces
2 whole carrots (8 inch)peeled and sliced diagonally in 1 inch slices
2 cloves of garlic chopped or thinly sliced
half of one onion,chunk it large.
season lightly with black pepper and seasoned salt.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Place all into a well buttered or oiled baking pan. Top with the seasoning. Cover with tight fitting lid. Bake about 30 minutes or until veggies are done. Serve with your favorite crusty bread. |
