Banana Bread Name: Bethany Garbarini Base: Grafenwohr Recipe: Cream 1 cup sugar with 1/2 cup butter. Add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Smash 3 ripe bananas and add to mixture. Slowly add 2 1/2 cups flour. Bake in 2 loaf pans at 350 until golden brown on top and a toothpick will come out clean.
