Pineapple Bar Cake
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Mix all ingredients together, in large mixing bowl.
Bake at 350 degrees, in sprayed 9 x 13 pan for 30 to 35 mins.
Great with whipped topping. |
