1 Can of kidney beans
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 small can of tomatoe sauce
1 cup of grated cheese
1 package of flour tortillas
Cooking Oil
Combine kidney beans, taco seasoning, and tomatoe sauce in a bowl. Mix until all ingredients are blended.
Place desired amount of kidney bean mixture on a large flour tortilla, sprinkle on some grated cheese, then fold in half.
Heat desired amount of oil in a frying pan then place a prepared quesidilla in hot pan and cook both sides until brown and crisp. |
