Recipe: 1 pkg of Johnsonville Brat Sausage (your favorite kind) 5 small bunches of bok choy 1 red bell pepper 1 medium sized onion 1 cup of Teriyaki Sauce (your favorite kind) 2 cups of chopped broccoli 1 cup of sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup of lite olive oil 1. cut brats into bite-size pieces 2. use medium skillet to heat olive oil 3. place all ingredients into the skillet and cook until done brats and veggies are to your liking 4. Serve alone or with a side dish of jasmine rice or noodles.
