Prep time 15 minutes Chill time 4 hours, serves 8
½ cup Hot Fudge ice cream topping divided
1 9 inch prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
1 8 oz package cream cheese softened
½ cup sugar
½ teaspoon cardamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup JIF creamy peanut butter
2 cups frozen whipped cream topping thawed
1 cup peanut butter cups frozen
½ cup honey roasted peanuts
Drizzle ¼ cup of fudge frosting over bottom of pie crust and set aside.
Beat cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter in a large bowl With mixer until well blended.
Add whipped topping and whisk to blend
Spoon mixture into pie crust. Chill 4 hours or until firm.
Chop peanut butter cups in small pieces and set aside
Place peanuts in reusable food storage plastic bag; seal bag
crush peanuts with rolling pin. combine peanut with butter cup pieces
sprinkle over pie,
Drizzle remaining chocolate over top and serve |
