Pudding Oatmeal Cookies Name: Jenn Miller Base: Fort Belvoir Recipe: Ingredients 1 1/4 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar 1 (3 1/2 ounce) packages jell-o vanilla instant pudding mix 2 eggs 3 1/2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats 1 cup raisins (optional) . Directions 1.Mix flour with baking soda. 2.Combine butter, the sugars and pudding mix in a large mixing bowl. 3.Beat until smooth and creamy. 4.Beat in the egg. 5.Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in oats and the raisins. 6.Drop rounded teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. 7.Bake at 375°F about 10-12 minutes. 8.Other flavor pudding mixes can be used.
