Italian Parmasan Aspargus( or Green Beans)

Recipe: 1Lb fresh Asparagus (or Green Beans) snapped, washed & dried in 2 inch pieces 4 to 6 T. Butter melted in baking dish 6 to 8 Paper thin slices Onion (Red, Yellow or White) 1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs Sea Salt & Fresh ground Pepper ( to taste) 1/2 to 2/3 Cup grated Parmesan Cheese 4 to 6 very thin sliced red or yellow peppers Oven 350 Place onion in baking dish after melting butter (I like Pyrex baking dish) Place Asparagus or Beans in Bowl Or Bag & coat with Bread Crumbs Place Asparagus in Baking Dish evenly on top of onion/butter Place red or yellow pepper slices on top of Asparagus or Beans (If asparagus is fairly large, I add a little more butter on top - Dots) Sprinkle cheese evenly on top Bake 20 Min. and serve
