Ingredients
12oz chorizo sausage
1 can (16oz) Light Red Kidney Beans
1 can (16oz) Pinto Beans
1 can (15oz) Black Beans
1 can (10oz) RO-TEL Hot Diced Tomatoes with Habaneros (can sub. for mild)
8oz Velveeta Cheese (stick works best)
1 tsp chili powder
2 tbsp chili seasoning mix
1 tsp ground cumin
Directions
Step 1: In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook chorizo sausage (about 7min) or until browned, breaking into clumps. Drain sausage on paper towels.
Step 2): Combine beans, tomatoes/peppers, cheese, and seasonings in crockpot. Add chorizo.
Step 3): Cook on low setting for 5-7hours
Remove lid, stir and enjoy :) |
