Sweet and Spicy Chili

Recipe: You will need: 1.5 lb ground turkey, 1 diced sweet onion, 4 diced garlic cloves, EVOO, 1 can fire roasted tomatoes, 1 can tomatoe paste, 1 can drained cannelloni beans, 1 can drained mushrooms, 4 Tbsp bbq sauce, 1-2 tsp hot sauce, 1 Tbsp Chili Powder, 1 Tbsp Cumin, 1 Tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp tumeric, 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper, 4 Tbsp brown sugar, 1 Tbsp fresh cracked pepper, 1 Tbsp sea salt, 1-2 cups beef stock. Brown turkey, onions, and garlic in EVOO. Then add next 14 ingredients and stir. Chili will be thick, so add 1-2 cups beef stock till you get your desired consistency. Cover and simmer 15 minutes till heated through. Serve with nonfat greek yogurt or sour cream, cheese, oyster crackers, and fresh chopped onion. Enjoy!
