*4 chicken breast pounded out thin
* 2c maranara sauce
*4 slices fresh reduced fat mozzarella
* salt, garlic, italian season to taste
take pounded chicken lay flat. lay slice of mozzarella down, your seasonings. roll up and secure with toothpick. place them in a shallow baking dish sprayed with olive oil. spoon maranara sauce over each breast. bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. |
