Ingredients:
1 lb Ground Beef
1 jar Diced Pimentoes
1 can Diced Black Olives
1 pkg Taco Seasoning
1 can Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
1 can Red Enchilada Sauce
6 Flour Tortilla Shells
1 large bag Mexican Cheese
3/4 cup Water
Meathod:
Brown Beef; drain well. Add water, taco season, olives,& pimentoes; simmer 5 min. Mix green and red enchilada sauces in bowl or piture. In round baking dish, spoon small amount of sauce on bottom, (to prevent sticking),place tortilla shell, spoon some meat mixture, sprinkle some cheese, and spoon some sauce. Repeat layers, use all 6 tortilla shells and all of the meat mixture. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Place in 375 degree preheated oven for 15 min or till cheese is melted. pour sauce over top to taste. |
