Recipe: Brown 1 1/2 pounds of ground beef with a clove of minced garlic and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes to allow flavors to come together. Prepare 4 cups of rice with 2 cans of beef stock and a can of water. Stir beef and rice together and put aside after mixing thoroughly. Sauté for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes in olive oil: 2-3 stalks of celery cut into small pieces 1 medium onion diced and some inch long strips 1 - 3 Jalapeno peppers cut fine - to taste 1 can mushroom pieces with juice 2 cloves of minced garlic 1 teaspoon of Tony Chachere's seasoning Mix one can each of cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soups with a can of water to the vegetables and cook for five minutes. Stir this mixture into the rice and ground beef. Serve hot with a salad or as a side dish.
