Mrs. Name: Sharron Stevens Base: Ft Harrison Recipe: Pistachio cake One yellow cake mix. Two small boxes of pistachio instant pudding. 3/4 cup of oil, one cup water, four eggs , 1/2 cups pecans. Mix cake mix with everything but the nuts. Beat for four minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 in pan or bundt pan.I put half the nuts Into Pan before pouring cake batter in pan, than put the rest on top of batter. Bake 35-40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. While cake is baking cook for three minutes two cups of powdered sugar, two tablespoons butter, and 1/3 cup water. While cake is hot punch holes with tooth picks and pour glaze over cake
