Goundbeef Taco Soup Name: Donna Madaj Base: Hill AFB, Utah Recipe: 2 lb. ground beef 2 onions chopped 2 large cans Ro-Tel mild tomatoes 2 cans hominy 2 cans yellow corn kernels 2 cans pinto beans, drained 2 cans kidney beans, drained 2 packages taco seasoning mix 2 packages Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix 1 or 2 small cans of green chilies (optional) Salt and Pepper to taste Brown beef and onions, drain well. Place remaining ingredients in pot, mix wellamd simmer for 30 min. Add water to desired consistency. Makes a lot so you might want to half the recipe.
