4 Chicken Breasts
2 tbsp. Greek Seasoning
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
2 cups plain bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese shredded
Mix Greek seasoning, olive oil, and vinegar in a bag in order to marinate chicken.
Slice cuts on top of the chicken breasts about 5-6 cuts will work.
Marinate for at least an hour or more.
Mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a wide bowl in order to dip the chicken.
Heat oven for 350.
Dip marinated chicken in bread crumbs and put in a baking dish (I did put a little olive oil on the bottom of the baking dish first).
Cook for 10 minutes at 350 then raise temp to 380 and cook until the chicken is cooked and the top is crispy (around another 10-15 minutes).
You can sprinkle with extra cheese if you would like :) |
