Corn tortilla corn dogs Name: Alicia Maddaloni Base: camp lejeune Recipe: 10 corn tortillas 10 hot dogs Put enough vegetable oil to cover bottom of a non stick frying pan (aprox. 4 TBSP)and heat on med Place 2 corn tortillas in microwave at a time and heat for 35 sec. or until pliable and soft Roll hot dog up inside of corn tortilla (like making taquitos)and place in frying pan. Repeat for remaining tortillas and hot dogs. Rotate tortillas every few minutes until all sides are crunchy and golden brown. Take out of oil and let cool on paper towel and plate. Then serve and enjoy! My kids love these with anything from ketchup to sour cream. I have found that Bar S or Oscar Myer hot dogs work best for this recipe.
