Recipe: 2-Chicken breasts, cooked and diced 2 1/4 cup biscuit mix 2/3 cup milk 2-14 oz. cans chicken broth 1 small onion, diced 1-small box frozen peas defrosted In medium bowl, mix together the biscuit mix and milk, set aside. Pour the cans of broth into a saucepan along with the chicken, onion, and peas and bring to a boil. By table-spoonfuls slowly drop the biscuit mix into the broth. When the dumplings are all in the pot, stir carefully so that all get even cooking. Cover pot and cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Salt and pepper to taste.
