1/4 c butter
2-3 Tbsp of cream cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pt of Heavy cream (or 1/2 and 1/2)
Salt/pepper to taste
Melt butter and minced garlic in skillet. Add cream cheese and whisk until melted. Slowly add heavy cream (OR 1/2 and 1/2), then add parmesan cheese. Continue to whisk, so cheese is thoroughly melted, and does not stick. Cook on Medium heat until sauce begins to thicken. Stove temp may need to be adjusted depending on heat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pair with your favorite noodles and chicken. Enjoy!
