1lb beef
1pk of soft tortilla
1pk of taco seasoning mix
1 can of refried beans
1 small jar of taco sauce
1 8oz pk of cheese
Sour cream and other toppings added to your liking!
Brown beef in skillet, then add taco seasoning (per pkg directions and cook into beef. In another bowl, mix beans and taco sauce together. In a 9x13 casserole dish, layer tortillas, bean mix, beef, and cheese several times, ending with cheese. Bake in oven for about 20 min, or until cheese is good and melted. Serve with sour cream, and/or any other toppings to your liking! Enjoy |
