(Meatloaf Ingredients)
5 lbs. ground beef
1 cup diced onions
4 large eggs
2 cups milk
4 cups cracker crumbs
2 T salt
1 T black pepper
1 t worcestershire sauce
1 4 oz can tomato juice
(Glaze)
12 oz tomato ketchup
1 4 oz can tomato juice
2 t Worcestershire sauce
2 T yellow mustard
1/2 c brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl till it forms a loaf. You can spray a cookie sheet and cook it on there BUT I find it turns out better in an actual loaf pan so it cooks in its own juices. Preheat oven 350 for @ 45 mins to an hour, or when the internal temp is 165.
Combine the glaze ingredients in a sauce pan and whisk until smooth. Once the meatloaf is done, lightly glaze over the top of the meatloaf and that's it!
