4 frozen boneless chicken breasts
16 oz salsa
15 oz can of black beans (drained)
8 oz Cream Cheese
Place first three ingredients in crockpot, cook on low 6-8 hours. 30 mins before serving add cream cheese and shred/chop chicken. Serve over rice, quinoa, noodles
Optional Ingredients to add in are mushrooms, corn, cilantro. These all can be added in 30 mins before serving. |
