Cook 1 pot roast in a crock pot covered in a 10 oz can of beef broth and a cup of water until tender enough to tear apart. When it's done chop up the meat, put it in tortillas of your choice along with sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, diced tomatoes and onions. |
