Vodka Chicken
Aspargus spears (1 bunch) cut into bite size pieces
Mushrooms-fresh or canned sliced (as many as you want one red bell pepper/1 yellow bell pepper sliced bite size 1/4 cup diced purple onion (opt) 1 pkg chicken cut /sliced into bite size pieces. Saute onion, peppers, mushrooms, aspargus and 1/8 tsp garlic powder in pan until translucent (3-5 mins) med heat. add chicken and cook until done. In separate pot boil water add bow tie pasta, cook as directed on pkg. Add one regular jar of Bertolli Vodka sauce & 1 small jar Alfredo sauce to chicken mixture-heat. Serve over bowtie pasta. |
