Luscious Spinach Artichoke Dip |

1 (14 ounce)can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (I use a food processor)
1/2 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed in microwave
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic or 2-3 cloves of garlic, pressed
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In a small baking dish, mix together artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonaise, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, and garlic. Cover dish. Bake until heated through and bubbly, about 25 minutes, uncover for 5 minutes and ENJOY!!!! Serve with pita chips, crackers, or tortilla chips - your choice.
