This is a delicious and easy soup, that is so affordable! You can adapt it to your tastes by adding and subtracting the ingreidents you prefer, it's a very forgivable soup. It's also great for a summer day, because there's no need to heat the house up with the oven!
1 lb ground turkey
1 can black beans (undrained)
1 can cannelini beans (undrained)
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
1 can green chilies
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 packet chili seasoning
1 onion, chopped
Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low for 5-6 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top. Enjoy!
